Fuel Ethanol project at Indonesia

We started our innings in South East Asia by supplying a 30 KLPD capacity plant in Indonesia for producing high grade Ethanol of 99.98% purity.  The ethanol will be used as a solvent in industries like tobacco processing, printing, pharmaceuticals etc where the purity of the solvent is very important.

The plant was commissioned in record time of just two months. It is a zero discharge plant with less energy consumption. The plant uses PLC based control system where single operator controls entire operation.  The on line trends of parameter can be observed.

As of now the produce will be used as import substitute of a high grade solvent. The has no government plan to use it as a fuel grade alcohol.......Source Alfa Laval India
